DataLock software uses the internet to send and recieve data to and from the backup servers housed by Maxnet. To ensure your backups can run successfully, please ensure that TCP port 8443 outbound is open to the following IP addresses
123.100.125.249
123.100.125.251
123.100.91.13
123.100.67.99
You may need to make sure that settings are adjusted by any firewalls, routers or proxies running in your particular environment, or ISP proxies or filters run by your ISP (such as Telecom's School Zone or by Watchdog).
