Knowledgebase Manager May 16 • Issues
On the 12th of March DataLock moved to another email provider. While
testing was done to ensure any emails were loaded into our ticket
system, there was an error that the testing did not highlight. Emails
to our support desk have been down until May 15th. While not ideal,
our support team has made this our #1 priority to ensure
every issue has been answered.
We're very sorry for any inconvience this may have caused and will be
happy to resolve any outstanding concerns.
Thank you for understanding.
